Product Description
Cuprinol All Purpose Wood Filler is a tough, durable wood filler for small repairs. Specifically formulated to flex with the natural movement of the wood. It can be sanded, painted, stained or varnished when dry. It is not suitable for gaps between floor boards. It is easier and more pleasant to use because of its solvent free and low odour non flamable formulation.
Application Description
Ensure surfaces are clean and dry. Knead tube to mix contents. Apply using a wet filling knife, or using the cartridge, apply along or in the repair area, smoothing with a wet knife where necessary, leaving the filler slightly proud for sanding. For deep holes build up in layers, allowing each layer to dry. Leave proud and when completely dry (normally 2 hours) sand down and dust off. Tub: Stir well before use. Apply using a wet filling knife. For deep holes build in layers, allowing each layer to dry. Leave proud and when completely dry (normally 2 hours) sand down and dust off. Finish with stain, varnish or paint. When over painted, stained or varnished the filled area may differ in colour to the surrounding area; therefore we recommend filling and finishing a small test area first to ensure that the appearance is acceptable. For deep holes (greater than 5mm deep) build up in layers, allowing each layer to dry. Leave proud and when completely dry (normally 2 hours) sand down and dust off. Finish with stain, varnish or paint. When over painted, stained or varnished the filled area may differ in colour to the surrounding area; therefore we recommend filling and finishing a small test area first to ensure that the appearance is acceptable. Do not use with wood dye. For breaks in between filling release trigger on cartridge gun to avoid overspill.To get the best results with Cuprinol All Purpose Wood Filler, make sure surfaces to be filled are sound, clean and dry (new surfaces particularly must be fully dry).
