Cuprinol Stay New Garden Furniture is a truly invisible matt finish that keeps garden furniture "looking like new". With its unique wax enriched formulation and added UVA absorbers, Cuprinol Stay New Garden Furniture provides ultimate protection from the damaging effects of sunlight, rain and other weathering for up to 3 years.
Where to use
Cuprinol Stay New Garden Furniture is ideal for use on both hardwood and softwood garden furniture such as tables and chairs. It can be used on new furniture or on restored furniture to lock in the "like new" look.
How much is needed
500ml will normally be sufficient for 4.5m² with 3 coats. Absorbent or weathered wood may need more coats.
Preparing the job
New wood: Remove any dirt and grease from the surface.
Weathered wood: Apply Cuprinol Garden Furniture Restorer to bring back the natural colour of the wood following on-pack instructions for this product.
How to apply
Cuprinol Stay New Garden Furniture is ideal for use on both hardwood and softwood garden furniture such as tables and chairs. It can be used on new furniture or on restored furniture to lock in the "like new" look.
Apply 3 light coats with a brush, allowing each coat to fully dry before applying the further coats.
Drying time
Cuprinol Stay New Garden Furniture will normally be touch dry in 1-2 hours in good drying conditions. When applying subsequent coats allow to dry for a minimum of 4-6 before recoating. If damp conditions should occur before completely dry, water marking may temporarily occur. This is quite normal and should be allowed to dry naturally.
Cleaning and storage
Reseal container after use. Clean up any spills immediately with water and household detergent while still wet. After use remove as much product as possible from brushes before cleaning with water. Do not store or use in extremes of temperature and protect from frost.
